A large number of smokers are skeptical whether e-cigarette is good for health or not,
Undoubtedly, e-cigarettes have gained a lot of popularity in past few years. However, a few recent studies gave birth to numerous misconception that e-cigarettes are as lethal as conventional cigarettes.
A recent study talks about two school of thoughts related to e-cigarette.
On one side, researchers observed significant increase in the use of e-cigarette. Number of e-cigarette smokers has reached to 2.6 million only in UK. Majority of the new vapers are former smokers.
On the flip side, numerous people started to believe that e-cigarettes are not healthier than ordinary cigarettes. Last year, around 15 percent of Britons considered e-cigarette as harmful. In comparison, the ratio has ascended to 22 percent in only first five months of 2015.
Deborah Arnott, Chief Executive of Action on Smoking and Health, discusses the issue in detail. She states that several ex-smokers have started using digital cigarettes. But, the number of people who regard e-cigarette as dangerous are increasing day by day. It discourages people who are willing to quit smoking with the help of e-cigarette.
Therefore, health experts recommend that concerned authorities should organize special e-cigarette awareness programs.
